We chase happiness in order to achieve a good life,
Humans live to find happiness and happiness is ultimately found through purpose. People need to have a sense of purpose. It is no coincidence that Peanuts creator Charles Schultz died a week after ending his famous comic strip. Without a purpose, he was lost. he explained that he had no purpose and was not happy, “My life has no purpose, no direction, no aim, no meaning, I can't figure it out What am I doing right?”
Is happiness something that can be achieved easily or those it requires effort? Everyone in the world has claimed to be happy at some point in time, but they are truly happy or are they just saying what you what to hear, however, everyone has experienced happiness in one point in their lives but the only difference is that you may not have noticed it when it happened. Many people have tried to understand the concept of happiness, but only a few can grasp it. Aristotle tries to shed a new light on the meaning of happiness and change how we think about it in our everyday lives. Happiness once found creates a sensation that cannot be described to others, but it can be seen clearly be others.
Happiness is what benefits a person for their own sake. Having what you need and is good for your well-being. Happiness can have different meanings depending on what people except in life but having happiness can make life so much better. Being happy with life and others can make
If someone sets goals for themselves and actively works towards achieving those goals each and every day, then this creates a sense of purpose for that person. When they wake up everyday they will have a reason to get out of bed, this being so that they can eventually meet the goal that thy have set for themselves. Working toward a goal can be very rewarding because you can see the progress made each and everyday. Goals also cause people to have ambition, which is another trait closely linked with happiness. On the flip side, it is imperative that people don’t let their goal overtake their life and make it become the only thing that the focus on.
When it comes to finding happiness, I believe that it is an internal journey. You shouldn’t go through life waiting for someone or something on the outside to make you feel joy. Sure, it happens, but at that point you’ve become too dependent on the outside world. Being able to identify the good of all things is an exceptional way to maintain happiness. When I am in a bad mood and not having a good day, which happens to everyone, I stop to think maybe it isn’t all that bad.
Happiness What is happiness ? Happiness is something everyone wants to have. You may be successful and have a lot of money, but without happiness it will be meaningless. Happiness is deferent from parson to another because the human saturation is not smaller their is many way to stay happy my first point is that some people say that happiness is actually happiness is about money which means that money is necessary to feels people happy but other arguments that money not important to make you happy so it can be other reason to live happy for instance access and achieve goal or self reflection.
If someone asks us, what is true happiness in life? , there are different answers from people such as money is the purpose in existence, mightiness, fondness and enjoyment, etc. Happiness is considered very important in life. Therefore, it can be said that the goal in existence of everyone is bliss. For many people, pleasure is the best choice.
Life is simply the process of finding yourself and holding whatever you find up. One too many times, people leave unfulfilling lives because they are not living in the first place. When you live your life seeking to please other people, you are not living. You cannot be fulfilled when you only have fun how other people like it or work towards the attainment of other people’s dreams. To be happy for you must find the things that are truly meaningful to you and pursue them.
In busy life today, achieving happiness has become more important to a majority of people. People are trying their more and more to find happiness in their lives. While it is impossible to define the exact meaning of the word “happiness”, I am firmly convinced that there still needs some common factors to achieve happiness. In fact, no one can define the whole meaning of happiness it has different meanings to each people.
Additionally, the purpose of one’s existence is to be happy, this according to Aristotle when he wrote: “Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence”.
“Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude” (Happiness Quotes). Many people go through life wondering when they will find happiness. Maybe they think it stems from that expensive pair of shoes or the trip to the beach. It turns out that many people look in all the wrong places.
In the middle of your boring day, you hear your ringtone of your favorite song. You look at your lock-screen and see it's your friend Stacy calling. You pick it up and talk about plans for tomorrow's presentation. You smile and laugh, procrastinating more than planning;you feel happy, but then again what is happiness? Happiness is the emotion in that moment, when you laugh on the phone with your friend, or hear a silly joke from your teacher.
I think it is interesting that you could define happiness because in my initial post I explain that we could all recognize the feeling of happy but we could not simplify it’s meaning. As a psychology major, we have found it difficult to empirically evaluate happiness in a study. The closest thing we have come up with are self surveys, in which the subject gets to define happiness themselves and rate it. According to BBC, “Happiness is a subjective experience, but you can measure it” (Redvers). This means that although everyone has a different definition of happiness, we can still recognize and evaluate it ourselves.
The formula for happiness is not etched in stone. There is no certain procedure to follow to consequently obtain happiness. The necessary steps are unique to each individual and following the path of another will not necessarily guarantee the same outcome. The idea that the most pleasurable moments of a person’s life make up their happiness has a certain amount of merit. Pleasure plays an undeniable role in the happiness of a person.
