What is a leader?To me I think a business leader is someone who takes charge of a problem and creating the best output for both parties. Like when two don't get along in the office setting the leader could be another co-worker or boss. They can sit down and talk out the problem by discussing and coming to a solution to help all get along. This is important to have this leader because taking a small problem that's not under control right away can become a bigger problem later. A leader isn't someone who waits to have them be told what to do but they take acting with purpose. When they have good communication and goals they can help you well with your goals. Giving that support is what a leader does to be a good one. Focusing on as a team and not just themselves. Expecting the best and wanting to achieve the goal of success for everyone. A leader does not yell,cuss, look unprofessional, and walks away. Here at school our teachers are supposed to be our leaders, but some just don't act the way they should. I have one teacher for advisory and as soon as we get in her room she yells at us to shut the h*ll up and doesn't say anything else the rest of the hour. Are class is literally scared to even ask to go to the bathroom sometimes because you don't want to deal with her attitude. That is what a leader should not do. I think the best leader I know is Edayla Talley. I'm not just saying this because she's my best friend but because she really is a good leader. If someone needs help she will listen and find a good solution. She doesn't just give one she give multiple for you to pick the best. She takes charge when no one else will and take the initiative and time. It's hard to find a good leader that will take the time because most people just worry about themselves.
