The Australian Work Health and Safety Strategy 2012-2022 provides a framework to drive improvements in work health and safety in Australia. It promotes a collaborative approach between the Commonwealth, state and territory governments, industry and unions and other organisations to achieve the vision of healthy, safe and productive working lives.
The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations set out more detailed requirements to support the duties in the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act. They form the basis of the WHS Regulations being enacted across Australia to harmonise work health and safety law.
The WH&S law and regulations are fairly technical and detailed. Rather than giving your team members the complete Regulations, you need to consider how to communicate the relevant information to them in a way that will be meaningful, easy to understand and easy to access.

Under different circumstances that one of communicate methods, providing regular training and demonstrations is better to practice in HR Department. Specifically, HR Department plays a significant role by handling talent recruitment so as to benefit whole company, and therefore it is more reasonable to have a frequently training whereas Accounts Department do not need a consistent training program.
