Assisting wth washing / dressing helping to the toilet changing continence aid emptying catheters. Assisting with meal times. Helping them choose. Insuring the client maintenance health. Looking at work and activities can help a carer understand better and clearer personal experiences so by deliberating with care learn from are own or other people's mistacks. 2. Since working in a nursing home I have done numberious of trainings and one to one training I understand many of the polices and producers I under take my role in a professional manner I respect each service user and understand high level of confidentialty to high standards. 3. To reflect of work and look back on things to think of how you can do something differnt approaching new clients can be different to how you have to approach others trying to interact with and communication strategies going away and reflecting. Outcome 3 1.first point is to go to the manager between the 2 of you you can talk about other training and learning you can do to support your job role. Learning personal devolopment assessing a mentor and other colleges or professionals. 2. The personal plan should be created by the induvidual. And should include written statements. And plans that work to the role.all this work should be checked by the manager to make sure all goals are being made. Meetings should be made to make sure plans are staying in place
