The study of psychology is crucial for my area of interest because it enables medical professionals to connect with patients right away and gain crucial understanding of their perspectives. I found that even the smallest act of kindness to others makes me happy while volunteering at a children's hospital. As an illustration, a few months ago, I sat next to a young person who, as a result of a traumatic event in his or her past, I felt terribly anxious. I talked with them for two hours before her family came. This experience taught me the power of encouraging words and how they can make a difference in someone's life. This is only one example. I chose nursing because I like interacting with people and over time, my people skills have gotten better.Being a nurse will allow me to work with people, which is why I want to be one. Caregiving for the sick and disabled is a key component of nursing as a profession or practice. It is a highly regarded and sought-after profession because every nurse has the potential to positively or negatively impact the lives of the patients they care for. Nursing is a rewarding profession, so one of the most fascinating and in-demand jobs in America today. This is my guiding principle and the reason I want to become a nurse: I want to assist those in need when they are in need. Health promotion, disease prevention, and patient coping with illness are all goals of nurses' work. Because nursing is a field where learning never stops, I chose it.
