There are a number of interventions that are classroom based developed to improve both social and behavioral outcomes for teachers and students. Consequently, the majorities have focused on students and have directed less attention to how the teachers have been affected either short- term or in long- term isolations (Brubaker, 2012). The outcome should focus on providing supporting strategies for both teachers and students while implementing effective teaching styles and classroom management models. In this paper I will analyze teaching styles and models to classroom management. The subsequent focus will be limited to conflict resolution and peer mediation. In addition, I will provide a description to my chosen classroom management along with philosophical or theoretical underpinnings. Next, an explanation will be included to why this particular approach is effective in the classroom, and why it might be better suited to a particular educational environment or setting.
