In this assignment I will explain and analyse the aims and philosophy of education and training in own specialist area, I will describe the aims and structure of key qualifications and learning programmes available to learners and explain own approach to planning and preparation for the delivery of a learning programme. I will also analyse the inclusiveness of own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning programme in own specialist area as well as explaining how own approach takes account of key curriculum issues.
I will analyse how resources can be used to ensure inclusive teaching and learning in own specialist area; I will then discuss about how liaising with other professionals can help develop own practice and review the impact.
In the last part of the assignment I will review the effectiveness of own knowledge and skills, identify own strengths and weaknesses and opportunities …show more content…

The purpose of the course is designed to help people progress in their careers, progress to universities, etc.
Maths remains one of the most important subjects for employers and higher education and having a pass at grade C or better is crucial for a vast number of jobs and further and higher education courses.
Learners should be aware that mathematics can be used in real life situations and help them with daily things such as shopping, redecorating, baking, etc. They should develop positive attitude towards mathematics and to recognise the importance of mathematics in their own lives and to society.
