A violation of the second example would be a teacher talking about scores on tests to other teachers while students in the classroom listen and a teacher discussing an Individual Education Plan (IEP)of a student with a parent of a different student than the IEP or in front of students. A violation of the third example could be a teacher not obtaining the required professional development hours for licensure and a science teacher teaching disproved or outdated information not realizing the information had been disproved and not in the standards of the class curriculum.
