Utah has a very big fitness scene made up of normal individuals chasing unrealistic expectations. In the pursuit of these unrealistic goals, the people that make up this cult, start heading in the wrong direction after getting burnt out. My ad represents a real person with real results. It shows a realistic expectation and I believe all people would like to at the very least maintain a look like that. Most people don’t want to be shredded to the bone like most bodybuilders. There is a certain shift in the industry that is making it okay to not look like a bodybuilder, but like a normal healthy individual. How you do it is with realistic goals. The fitness industry is full of way too many big goals that aren’t getting fulfilled. The red on this ad gives a feeling of drive and a motive to accomplish the words being red. The picture to the left shows what you can do with realistic goals. While the aesthetics in neither one are absolutely awful, it shows improvement and that is a lot of people or cult that makes up the fitness industry don’t get to see. Believe it or not the fitness industry is mostly made up of us average men and woman. The face of it is the 1% that can achieve an incredible physique. Right now, is the perfect time for this kind of advertisement. The fitness industry is emerging with the health and wellness industry more now, than ever. People want real goals, real results, and most of all, they want to feel and look good. To feel and look good society is changing the status quo of what body type is okay. You don’t have to look like a super human any more to be considered healthy. You just must be healthy to look healthy. I don’t think anyone would say the picture in this ad is
