Abortion: Whose Choice is it? What if I told you that you were going to become the next NFL star or the next astronaut or the next doctor to solve cancer. How would you feel if someone took that right away from you? How would you feel if someone took away your choice to live? What if you didn’t have a voice on whether you lived or die? Well babies that are in their mother’s womb don't have a voice or a choice. If a pregnant woman decides to abort her baby, then the baby doesn’t have a choice and can't do anything about their life and what they could become, their choice has been taken away from them. Abortion is taking life away from something that has the potential to become something great and deserves the chance and the choice to do so. The second that the sperm meets the egg there is a chance for life, and the potential for something great, and whether it’s an embryo or a fetus it should be treated as a life and a potential for greatness. Ever since abortions began being performed, people have had their own opinions about it. People either joined the “pro-life” or the “pro-choice” side, and then there are a lot of people who have stayed on the fence seeing both sides of abortion, but scared to pick a side. Those who are on the “pro-choice” have their opinions. They believe it is a woman's body and it should be her choice. She should be able to choose whether or not she wants to have the baby. My question is, Why doesn’t the baby have a choice? Why is it ok for the woman to murder her unborn baby? Once you are pregnant life has been created, whether you wanted it to or not.
