Discuss the stages involved in planning HR requirements
HRP process involves
• communicating with strategic planning and the environmental temperature
• taking an inventory of the company’s current HR, forecasting HR demand
• predicting internal organisation HR supply and the external labour market
• comparing supply and demand forecasts
Planning for the actions to deal with anticipated HR shortage or excess.
ASDA employees follow the integration of work and learning that help them to perform well in their duties on daily basis. The performance of HR is supervised in ASDA direct at different levels. Data are collected through survey and processed, and feedback is thereafter used to back up the process.

Estimating the internal and external supply of HR, the internal supply forecast will be viewing the organization of the current staff such as the age structure, the staff turnover and change in technology. The external supply is all about the varying nature of effort, change in economic circumstance, government policies and the competitors.
• The plan and the conduct required either to increase or decrease the size of the employees. The plan may be to change the current skill mix, advance administrative plans for succession.
• The last line of process is to monitor the planning implementation to check for precision of forecast, and the efficiency of the programs in meeting the HR objectives
