A vital component of the human resource manager's job includes strategically locating and recruiting qualified candidates to work in a defined environment. Companies and school district's need knowledgeable managers with experience in personnel and organizational management to structure programs, practices, and procedures that support an equitable employee and employer relationship. Also, the human resource manager monitors employment trends and regulate legal compliance with state and federal mandates. In June 2009, the Simpson County School District employed Ms. Elizabeth Christian as Human Resource Manager.
