The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) was established in 1972, and its dedication has been solely to health care. It is currently the largest charity organization in the United States. It has played an enormous role in supporting programs and research towards the betterment of healthcare of the population of the U.S. (Palatnik, 2016). The primary goal of the foundation is to facilitate better and healthier living of people through initiatives that target specific areas that need a change in the health sector. Nursing practice is a significant segment of the health sector and training or offering nurses the resources and the motivations that can facilitate learning, the resulting in their line of work is guaranteed.
