East Kent College has multiple internal and external functional areas which they can obtain information; the three internal areas I feel are very important are Human Resources, Advertising and Finance.
Human Resources – Human resources are they to help the staff and make sure they are at the best state of mind to work successfully; they are there for any type of problem within the workforce. Human resources functions to keep all the staff happy; making them ready for work. They will help staff with all people-related issues such as; employee relations, pay, benefits, business partnering, recruitment and training. If the staff are all happy, ready to work and are all happy with co-employees Human resources is succeeding at their job.
Human resources will inform the manager about how happy the workforce is, if the employees are happy they will tell him to keep doing what is going on, but if they staff morale is low the human resources will tell the manager ways on how to improve the happiness of the employees.

Advertising – Advertising main objective is to promote the college and to try making sure the students are coming in to fill the guidelines. …show more content…

They could also try to find out why students do not want to go to the college and try to resolve those negatives. If they fall below guidelines they could provide information on how to advertise the college better; such as brand new and advance computers show off better grade results or buy more advertising space on websites/newspapers for publicity. The college could then implement this suggestions and then they may receive more students due to the suggestions
