Introduction God’s chosen people through the Old Testament endured various trials and hardships but God sent a deliverer or saviour each time, preparing the way for Jesus in the New Testament. God was faithful to his people and did not forsake them. Body In the beginning God created the entire universe. He created everything in 6 days, and on the 7th day, he rested.
