However, they don't authentically have to have a designation that denotes them as an official bellwether or manager. Someone that employees look up to could be the informal manager because he takes care of them and kens where the products go and the prices. This could cause quandaries because depending on the informal bellwether's personality, this can cause undermining the titled manager and cause distress and vilipend. Thus, a deeper understanding of informal leadership qualities may improve efficiency and contribute to a formal leader’s ability to capitalize on informal leadership within the organization.
