After graduating high school, continuing my education was and will always be important to me. Fast forward to today, I’m going to be graduating in Spring 2017 with my Associates Degree so my aspiration is to continue and finish my education at New Jersey City University. A bachelor’s degree at NJCU for business management is my motivation because this college is in the 2017 edition of Best Colleges in Regional Universities North. Academically, I am convinced that NJCU is a place to spend my next two years gaining more knowledge and growing. It’s not only about getting a degree but it’s more about broadening my intelligence.

As a young, 20-year-old woman, my goals is to be successful in my own non-profit organization for young woman in middle school and high school. My intention for this program is to encourage and build teenage girls confidence with mentoring, activities, and trips. However, before I can start this organization I prefer to get a Bachelor’s degree from NJCU because it will give me a better understanding in the non-profit business and help build a solid foundation in my career. I’m confident NJCU will keep me focus because there are less than 20 students in each class giving everyone a chance to engage and professors to engage with student who are struggling.
