Needs of the Army! Are you the stellar or unsatisfactory leader the army needs? Those of us that make it to the ranks of Noncommissioned Officer know all too well the part we play in developing soldiers. This mission we’ve been assigned is to provide professional development and guidance for all soldiers on Active, National Guard and Reserve Components is a huge one. Personal core values and Integrity are key elements that shape and guide the leadership you see within the Army. The many unlimited attempts at pushing bad leadership under the mat has left our military in an unbelievable crisis that affects us all in some way. It’s vitally important that we as leaders start looking from beyond our direct foxhole to fix the leadership problems within our ranks.

You must change with technology seeing that it’s evolving significantly. Understand what is required of you in order to be understood by the new generation that will replace you one day. The most important thing is to never forget what is important and begin with the end in mind. A clear and concise strategic will always be a good tool to have. If left to chance without proper correcting of leaders issues could cause crippling affects.
