Leaders are the foundation for any successful organization. Good leaders set a positive tone to direct workers in accomplishing the vision of the healthcare establishment. Nursing leaders delegate, dictate, guide staff, and assist those to achieve their highest potential (ANA, n.d.). The purpose of this paper is to discuss leadership, followership, and analyze results from a followership style test and the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ).
