The current generation is suffering from different kinds of illness. One of the most common and worldwide issues is obesity. According to scientist belief, obesity is 20% or more above normal weight which impacts on how you live and how you feel, both emotional and physical for instance depression and physically, lead to other more dangerous health problem.
