The things that STEMulate my imagination is emerging technology ideas of engineering. I can mostly build ideas from previous pictures I’ve seen. For example, there is a variety of bridges and I was supposed to research what latest bridges are more reliable to build balsawood bridges. I have participated in all SECME events and overall all of the experiences are fun. Mostly consist of building an item to meet the standards considering the constraints. SECME is a great way to help young students start working in events that will help them in their future engineering career. I like exploring new information of current world problems or emerging technology. I like planning big projects if it has something to do with STEM and my interest. I especially like when these big projects involve technology in them. I like when it involves technology because technology is something that I love and that I’m great at. I love computers and robotics because I like how you’re able to program or build robots that will help in our daily problems. Technology is the main thing that helps in the 21st century and it has previously helped in many problems. Engineering is the main thing I also want to focus on because it is where computers and robots come in handy. Last what I will also like to do is focus my career in aerospace. With some helpful websites that my teacher provided I was able to see where all the universities that focused in engineer where located at throughout the United States. My goal was to get a university that had great opportunities and focused in aerospace engineering. At first, it was difficult because many universities focused in engineering but not aerospace engineering.
