Being a recent graduate with limited experience, opportunities in the design industry were scarce, I decided to enhance my business, interpersonal, and management skills, through more education and gaining experience at Walgreens. I developed a better understanding of sales and productivity, how to resolve customer complaints and technical issues, and build professional relationships with my peers, vendors, and management.
