The varied job roles and experiences I have been involved with throughout my professional career at State Farm and externally have positioned me to be a well-qualified candidate for the position of an Analyst for P&C Claims Office of the Dean (OOD). Currently I am working as a Leadership Development Associate Claim Team Manager over a team of claim specialists. This experience has reinforced the importance of customer focus and the value of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers. I thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and learn and adapt quickly. The success of my involvement led to an opportunity for me to travel to Italy with the Darden Executive team to immerse into the culture to be a more effective trainer for the restaurant. I began my career at State Farm as a part-time Customer Response Center Representative. In a short time I was promoted to a Coordinator when I worked closely with Enterprise Training and helped design and deliver training for “Integration Week” in which we spent time with the new representatives after they completed the training program, but prior to hitting the floor. This program led to a more confident and competent representative when they took their first live call and acted as the voice of State Farm. While working as a Claim Processor in Subrogation, I created, designed, and maintained training material for my position which was used for several years after being promoted from Subrogation. It was this experience that taught me the importance of working with several areas of P&C claims to receive the approval necessary to implement the training into the
