Progress is impossible without change. To change is important within a business and a person, if we don't change we cannot grow. Sometimes change is brought on by ourselves and sometimes we have no control over it. If we take control of the change it will be beneficial for the future. I took control of my change when I chose to do Btec Business instead of my A levels because I knew it would be better for me to succeed in and I would gain knowledge for my future career aspirations. I want to study Business Management because I am interested in businesses and how they operate. Studying Business Management will provide me the skills I will need to apply my knowledge creatively. It will give me with practical and leadership skills I need to progress onto be a successful Stock Broker.
I have enjoyed Btec Business Level 3 so far as it's very intriguing subject, it's covered and will be covering topics that will help me along my university learning and for the future. Learning from this I have made clear plans that will help me achieve goals through working incredibly hard to progress onto university. I wasn't able to complete my English Language A level at a college and because I am determined to go to university next year I have decided to do it independently at home. Doing this is very good preparation for working alone at university. From studying English Language I have developed several skills that'll also benefit me for example; being able to express ideas clearly, analyse texts and present my findings. These skills will be valuable during my Business Management course as a result of this it will be great insight for what university will be like.
