The welfare of the Earth is our responsibility. A matter has been raised on how we are able to meet the increase in demands of the 8.2 billion people by 2030, as well as to ensure that a sustainable environment is preserved and unharmed. This catalysed my desire for Chemical Engineering. Chemical Engineering is a business that forces its way through science, technology, and engineering to new ranks of expertise. There are no boundaries that Chemical Engineering cannot overcome. The discoveries are endless, with possibilities ranging to an infinite. Chemical engineers have influenced our prosperity for centuries. Since the development of smaller and faster-integrated circuits, chemical engineers have led to discoveries in curing illnesses and generating sustainable energy. These procedures and inventions have significantly enhanced our everyday lives in the 21st century.
Mathematics is the poetry of logical concepts; it takes practice and dedication to master. Not only does this subject teach us about mathematical rules : it is about manipulating the complex situations. This subject enhances my attitude to problems in a more systematic approach. As a member of the innovation team, I was given the responsibility to research new innovative methods of sewage and water waste treatment. I worked with the Chief Executive Officer and the Innovation team, who opened my eyes to the world of technology in greater depth. This work placement has inspired me to obtain a Chemical Engineering degree because of the study of thermodynamics and electrical systems.
