Is it okay for people to use animals as science experiments? No, animals should not have to endure these brutal experiments. Even though animal testing has contributed to many life saving cures and treatments, companies should not be allowed to test products on animals because animals are very different from humans, which makes them poor test subjects. There are other alternative testing methods that do not involve animals, and are much less expensive. Naturally, companies do not want to spend money they do not have to. If some treatments hadn’t been tested on animals they would not have been believed to have worked on humans. Without some animal testing some people would not have been able to make medical advancements in treating conditions (“Should”).
