Gun Control
Gun control is a very important issue that needs to be taken seriously. The public policy of gun control is the second amendment that gives citizens the right to own guns in America. There are pro’s and cons to gun control. The pro’s of gun control are that most violent crimes happen from deadly firearms, Terrorism, school shootings, and other modern circumstances make guns more dangerous nowadays, and crimes may not be as bad if guns were non existent in today's society. Con’s of gun control are criminals will always find a way to get there hands on guns, banning guns will take away yet another piece of our legislation, and the second amendment protects the rights of citizens to have deadly firearms. My proposal for change is to not change it and deny any other pieces of legislation.

This should not be happening. The second amendment clearly states that the people have the right to keep and bear arms. Our founding fathers put this into place because how is an everyday citizen supposed to protect themselves against the everyday hardships in America. Even if we have one of these pieces of legislation slide their way through criminals will still find a way to get their hands on guns. They do it with drugs and other contraband that cannot be used in this country. If we had a class that was put into place to show that you know how to use a gun after you buy a firearm then there maybe wouldn't be so many accidents with guns when hunting or just in public. There are simple steps that we should take to solve these problems without blowing it out of proportion and making it that we can’t get our hands on guns
