Although its legal in a couple of states, it's illegal in most. Weed should be legalized because it has positive attributes, it crowds the prison system, and it's not lethal. Although there are many reasons why marijuana should be legalized, those are the focal points. While marijuana is highly frowned upon in the general public, it has some medical value that can be used by a lot of people. The reason why most people use marijuana is because they've decided that it's good for them, especially for people that are really stressed out.
