Always put in 110% when participating in sport. Co-curricular activities at Knox will increase your sociability and also your fitness. They will help you get to know different teachers and students. Some of the activities that are available are: Band, Tech Crew, STEM lab, Leadership and Future Problem solving you should try all of them so you can find out what you want to do later on in life. There are lots of sports available at Knox and there are different sport selections in Winter and Summer.
