Summer is a very important time for students who need a break from sitting in a classroom for six to seven hours and learning many things for a ten month period. It is known as a time to forget everything we learned and relax. As good as it may seem for us in the moment; it is not going to help us in the future. Students realize over summer that they forget the majority of what they have learned for ten months in a short two month period. September is known as the “review month” in most if not all schools because they end up reviewing everything from the previous year. This is why we should have a year-round schooling People don't realize that year-round schooling doesn't mean that there is school every day with no breaks for the whole year. The truth behind it all is that the breaks are split up. For example, the most popular schedule for year-round schooling is called the “45/15 plan”. On this plan, students have 45 days school and then take a 15 day break. The plan still includes all standard holidays. Instead of taking a long trip, it would be better to take short trips each break and go someplace new each time. This can lead someone into experiencing new things and going to new places. Another reasonable argument against year-round schooling is that student might be getting into a subject and then a break might suddenly come up which might make the students forget what they were learning.
