1. Based on Paul’s notes, identify and explain the challenges facing Pro Sport Collectibles and how they might be addressed by the use of technology. The challenges that are facing Pro Sport Collectibles not having enough full time employees only part-time college students who doesn’t take their job seriously and allows for shoplifting to be made easy, new inventory not on display because it hasn’t been unloaded and stocked, no online presents with a website or marketing campaign so that out of state collectors, customers, and potential customers can communicate more directly and purchase items quicker and easier, and not accepting credit cards makes it very hard for potential customers to make purchases and causes the store to lose business.
