Should Abortions Be Illegal? According to /www.cdc.gov/reproductivehealth, there are about 670,000 abortions in one year. Although some people think that number should drop to zero, there are plenty of reasons for that number being high. Abortions should not be illegal because the baby might be very sick, and women might try to get illegal abortions.
A Sick Baby
When a female is pregnant, there is always a possibility the baby might get sick and not survive. For some, this actually happens. When the baby is born, the child will most likely suffer and not survive, the baby will have spent it's whole life strapped in tubes and died very painfully. As reported by;

By keeping abortions illegal, we will lose that risk of death. Abortion is Murder
People who don't believe in abortions will often say the reason is that it is murder. As said by,

The cortex does not become functional until at least the 26th week of a fetus' development, long after most abortions are performed. “
