Steve Jobs - Greatest in Technology Technology in the 21st century has not only evolved, but grown at an alarmingly fast rate and changed the way people live on a daily basis. From the computers we use daily, to the phones we communicate on and the way we interact with others, has all been impacted by the advancements in technology. In the 21st century society has witnessed dramatic changes in technology such as doctor office visits transitioning from paper charts to computers, to the evolution of social media, to downsizing of computers, to touch screen cell phones and tablets. One of the biggest influences in the field of technology was an intelligent and aspiring man by the name of Steve Jobs.
Born in San Francisco, California in 1955, to two University of Wisconsin graduate students who gave him up for adoption, nobody knew what would become of Steve Jobs. Ever since a young age, Steve Jobs had been interested in technological mechanics. Surprisingly, Steve Jobs actually started making his first products for Apple in his garage, and he experimented with many different ideas before finally starting the popular company, Apple, with Steve Wozniak in 1976. For example, he took a position as a video game designer with Atari in 1974, and purchased an animation company from George Lucas, which later became Pixar Animation Studios, which made popular movies such as Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and The Incredibles. He was the co-founder of Pixar as well (movies include toy story, wall-E etc.) He was born on the 24th of February, 1955 in San Francisco, California. His parents had put him on adoption and Steve jobs was adopted by Paul and Clara jobs.

Shortly after his death, Jobs's official biographer, Walter Isaacson, described him as a "creative entrepreneur whose passion for perfection and ferocious drive revolutionized six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music, phones, tablet computing, and digital publishing." Jobs's countercultural lifestyle and philosophy was a product of the time and place of his upbringing.

Steve Jobs’s sense of aesthetic taste can be described as simple and elegant. His obsession with design and product integrity grew with his life experiences and this paper will comment on Jobs’s virtue of purity that refines his sense of taste. Steve Jobs’s interest in design began with the love for his childhood home. He lived in a working-class subdivision between San Francisco and San Jose that was full of engineers.

Mac computers broke all conventional wisdom of what a personal computer should look like. Mac computers were faster than the other brands, Jobs checked consumer reports and researched what critics wanted, and built client based products. In order to create a good product Jobs targeted the things that people needed. However, what he came to find is what computers were missing was apps. Although he created something that would wow technology at the time, and something that would continue to be popular in modern times.
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always been interested in technology. Technology always has and always will play a major role in the lives of all human beings, from cell phones to computers to smart watches. One person who played a major role in my life and the lives of many others with technology was Steven Paul Jobs or as most people knew him, Steve Jobs. If I was given the opportunity to speak to Mr. Jobs for even as little as thirty minutes I could learn a lot.

Jobs believe in if you don’t like the job you’re doing then don’t do it and don’t limit yourself and don’t listen to people judgment, do what you want and believe in yourself and your abilities. Jobs had a successful life and influenced many people
