Mac computers broke all conventional wisdom of what a personal computer should look like. Mac computers were faster than the other brands, Jobs checked consumer reports and researched what critics wanted, and built client based products. In order to create a good product Jobs targeted the things that people needed. However, what he came to find is what computers were missing was apps.
