The Legacy of Steve Jobs
Steve Job’s early life, and career, his inventions, and his legacy are important to society because he created the first user friendly PC, which changed the way other companies, such as Microsoft, create their products and thus creating a revolution in computer technology.
Steve Jobs’s beginning was important because he was like no other. He was creating and innovating electronics before high school. When he was in high school, he met Steve Wozniak, another genius like Jobs. Together, they made a computer board in Jobs parents' garage. After that, they impressed clubs of computer hobbyists and they encouraged both Steves to continue.

Apple was created by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in his parents garage on April 1st, 1976. Their goal was to make it very user friendly so that people can buy it and actually know how to use it and to have a different than other companies. They became successful and began to make a profit. Steve did not just make a PC, he created a technological revolution. When Steve created his first computer board, he started a chain of events of his future. It had many ups and downs such as when he was fired from Apple and when he rejoined. In a Difficult Start, it states that while he was away from the company, he created Pixar and then later sold it after he made Toy Story which became a hit (Gale Virtual Reference Library). When Steve rejoined, he became a more sensitive person because while he was away, he learned many things such as compassion and forgiveness. This is why he became a better man when he rejoined. In Apples to Apps, it states that Steve was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2008. He lived for three more years and then died in 2011. His last words were “Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow, oh wow, oh wow” (Steve Jobs). After Steve died, his executive, Tim Cook, took command of the company. Steve was an excellent inventor and businessman. He changed how products were sold and created new products. He connected people together with his inventions. His legacy will be known as a great businessman who left a powerful company known as
