I would allow my students to send me questions and also give them campus resources that they could use in case of a conflict in reaching me. Anytime there is a project or report, I will be sure to give them an exemplar that they could use an outline in getting the work done. This would beneficial to the students because they would have an example of the type of work and quality of work the instructor is looking for. Another way that I would motivate and encourage online learners is by hosting weekly meetings where students call in or video in. This will allow for students to understand each other’s questions as well
