I never thought of becoming a teacher, until this year when I was doing my observation hours, I ended up falling in love with the kids. I walked in and the students were super excited to meet me. I had already picked my major before school started I choice, "Preschool Education", I assume that's something I would love to do. I love kids especially the small one, that's what motivated me to pick "Preschool Education". I was always the first one to volunteer when people asked if anyone could babysit their kids So, becoming a teacher is something I would like to do My philosophy of education is that every student has the right to learn and watch them grow. Having a good education is very important. I want them to have a different point of view in learning. As a teacher, I'll have a personal and academic relationship with all my students in order to persuade them to learn and to motivate them to learn. I believe it’s very important to have a connection with all the students in order to have interaction in the classroom. Behavior and instructional strategies will allow the instructor to build a powerful teaching connection with their diverse students. The community of learners is a social learning system. It endorses interaction and communication between the students and the teachers. It builds up interaction and relationships. For example, group activities and discussion groups. When I become a teacher, I’ll start class with these steps. I'll start with a warm-up, which will be a quick question that can be done at the beginning of class. The warm-up will give the students an idea about the subject we are doing. Secondly, I'll do a presentation, and It will introduce the subject in a power-point. Thirdly, I'll do an activity which will involve the subject I'm teaching. The activity will be a fun activity, and it will be able to help students understand the subject in a fun way. Fourthly, we will do a "FOLLOW UP", which will consist a short paragraph of what they learn or what they liked about the
