Introduction
Organizations are managed by people and through people. An organization cannot survive or exist without the people who run it (Durai, 2010). Human resource has been a very important factor of production to any organizations, as the productivity of all other resource depends upon people (A.Chandramohan, 2008: 1). Hence, in this essay we seek to further discuss and evaluate on the several important factors and example on the importance of human resource in organization.
The Important Factor of Human Resource
In the general term, Human resources are the people and their knowledge, skills, abilities, talents and attitude. In the organization point of view, Human resources represent the total qualities, knowledge and skills of an employee in doing a particular job (A.Chandramohan, 2008: 3).
Employees hold the key to success in any organization. Even if an organization may have the most innovative or advanced technology, but without the right quality people to make it all work there will be no success happen (Tidball, 2012). Thus, the following points will explain on what are the several factors that make human resource such an important asset of an organization.
