However, nowadays, the amount of the businesses owned by the people of color increases rapidly. The representatives of various races and ethnic groups are now free to start their businesses and attain the recognition of the partners and the customers across the country. The association is primarily interested in supporting and sustaining Latino-owned businesses and the association represents the interests of more than 800, 000 Hispanic-owned organizations and businesses across the US (Barranco & Shihadeh, 2015). It is the largest Latin business association nationwide that functions since 1976.
