B. Customers would view the United Postal Service as a reliable service to ship and receive anything, anytime, anywhere. UPS is reliable, quick and simple, being able to delivery to any address in the United states and in 220 different countries. UPS has created value by being a reliable company since 1907, over 100 years as a leader in the mail, shipping and logistics industry, always looking to improve in every aspect from customers, efficiency to reliability and speed.
