Keller Williams Realty, Inc. is a successful realitor that is ranked number one is training in 2017. When I chose this company I was not sure as to what it was. I picked it because It was first on the list and I thought it would be interesting to learn how they got there. I orginally started by researching there main web page. When I arrived there it was a nice and well put together page. It was easy to navigate and offered the ability to contact them directly. The page also offered you the ability to see all of those who are important within the company. They find it very important to broadcast that they have been successful and have been named a top company for a variety of reasons. They pride themselves on their success and want others to know that they have been successful. They put together so much time, money and employees to making their company great. They want to have a company that not only has some well trained employees but they want to continue their quality. There goal is not to just get at the top, but their goal is to stay at the top. I began to research further why they are ranked so highly when it comes to training. I moved onto their blog to come across this information. At Keller Wiliams training and education is very important to them. They believe that it is where there success is derived from.
