Shakespeare And his Significance Without a doubt, William Shakespeare has made a huge imprint on the present days with his marvelous work. In addition, he influences many people from places all over the world. His work demands who he is and how life can be at times. The reason why he is used in our curriculum today, is because he knows how to show different emotions and different perspectives in his work. I strongly agree that he should still be taught because it is the easiest way to learn, and his work can also be relatable to some people. It is strongly shown in his plays, it is the main reason for studying about him. For example, “These are not plays we read and see together as a generation or a country. They’re works we enjoy as a species. Shakespeare offers a roadmap to the human.” This demonstrates that his work is very relatable to anyone, at any time, and it helps people get through their own problems. That is a very outgoing reason why he is still being taught in school. His plays bring the truth to people and it may bring them off topic.“But more importantly, through such plays, we are confronted with universal truths: conflicts persists across human societies and it must be addressed before it spirals out of control.” People will be too emotional to do their work in the classroom. However, people will be more interested and it will let them express their feelings that they have kept inside. “In the buzzing auditorium, I saw his prediction coming true. The emotional effect the play had on the audience was clear. During the performance, many had eyes filled with tears.” This determines that his plays lets people understand what life consists of and how to overcome things. These plays are perfect examples inside and outside the classroom. Inside, students will learn new things, and outside the class, it teaches them a lesson and learn how to overcome something.
