Imagine that you are the CEO of a shoe company. Your potential market for selling these shoes is endless. Consider how you can best tap into the diversity within your company to help you to improve your systems for marketing and selling your product. How can you attract a more diverse workforce and why might this be beneficial? For advertising my company, I could use my own employees to advertise the company, as my employees will come on different groups, race, and backgrounds, they could talk about all the advantages they get when working at my shoe company.

They could show that the company is a great place to work, employees can talk about it, saying they have been granted leadership courses and constant training. So they can grow in the company and get a role with more responsibility in a nearer future.

Having diverse people, can help the company to adapt to changes as people from different backgrounds and stereotypes have lived different experiences. It can be useful when a company is growing and changes constantly, diversity of people are the ones that can adapt easily to changes. Furthermore diversity and inclusion brings opportunities to learn from other people and grow.
