Autocratic leadership this is a style which the leader holds all authority and responsibility, they make decisions by themselves without consulting with the team and expect prompt implementation. Autocratic working environment have very little if any room for flexibility. This leadership style would be useful whenever there is controversy. I believe this style would be good if there is a lot of confusion within a team about their main goals to be achieved this would eliminate any confusion.
Coaching leadership involves teaching and supervising others helping staff to improve their skills they motivate, inspire and encourage followers, coaching leadership is best used when you want results and high performance targets.
