Administrators have the privilege in guiding students and educators towards academic success and positive personal growth. The administrator of a building sets and defines the building's school culture. A positive school environment is essential to supporting educators. Administrators also have the privilege of being a part of every aspect of a student's growth. Be it through curriculum or character development, a school administrator is involved. I want to become an administrator to guide students and educators in building their own personal autonomy.

Delegation is a vital skill for an administrator. There are too many intricate operations that take place inside of a school for an administrator to single handedly complete. In my current role, I am responsible for creating and executing a vision for the four departments. To accomplish this, I met frequently with the departments to set achievable goals. From there, I have tasked the department leads to maintain daily operations that build towards our department goals. I am able to provide support and guidance to members of each department from the lead level and even down to the individual employees.
