Autism spectrum disorder is a severe incurable developmental disorder, which affects the child's symptoms such as their social interaction, language barrier, and communication skills that appear between eight months to thirty-six months. Many children will get diagnosed between the ages of three and four, which can affect the child's learning ability and adjusting to the social life than a typical child. However, the children that are diagnosed before the age of three will have a better outcome and will adjust to the learning environment. The child will have problems with speech that they cannot understand. For example, proverbs, gestures, and facial expression such as time flies and break a leg. The child will have a repetitive behaviour that includes daily events, routines, or routes such as waking up early, getting ready, going to school, having lunch, walking back to school, dinner, and sleep should not be able to change the routine because if they do the child will be so confused and frustrated. The autistic child will have difficulty in communicating and language barrier. The children don't have the appropriate essentials to express nor interact with the social development environment. In addition, the basic tool to interact with people may be difficult for the children with autism spectrum disorder. The symptoms the children tries to avoid is having an unusual or inappropriate body language, gestures or facial expression, an absence of interest in other people and not sharing the interests nor the accomplishment the child have finished. The child may also be less active amongst the people, and they have the difficult to understands the people feelings, reactions, and different cues the people responds. An autistic child suffers to interaction with people because they don't like being touch. It is difficult for them to make friends because of this problem the child have being an autistic. Heimann and colleagues state that in order to improve the child social interaction is having the child to imitate and see the responsive. For example, the child will go out of the kitchen to see a tv program than the child comes back they see a stranger in the kitchen. The stranger stays still then she or he will imitate what the child does and see what the child will think. This function of imitating one another will increase the child ability to interact with
