During the last couple of years, Business studies became one of the most wanted specialties in the market. This jump was caused by the desire of companies to compete with each other, and to expand their firm. I wish to be a leader of one of those firms.
Since I was a child, I wished to be a businessman, unlike other kids, who wish to be policemen or doctors. I always imagine myself to run my own business, and I think that Babson is the best institution to study business. Unfortunately, I am not a good leader. I tried hard to develop my leading abilities by participating in leadership courses, but it did not have much effect upon me and I hope that Babson College will offer me the opportunity to develop my leading skills with their genius professors. …show more content…

When I worked in the jewelry exhibition in the vacation, I learned many communication skills. Persuading others was the main one. I worked as a seller there, which means I had to communicate with costumers and convince them to buy the product, and I was good at that. I sold more the 15 pieces of formulated jewels in the second month, and I believe that this is because of my good communication skills. At Babson, I will need communication skills because it is part of business studies. Businessman has to be able to communicate emotionally and physically in his social life, and it fits me perfectly.
I am cooperative. I like group work because we can share knowledge with manners, and everybody respect his mates without being forced. I always drop my needs for general benefit, because this is what I call joy, it makes you feel satisfied. This characteristic is so nice, because when others take over my rights, I will not be so disappointed and angry. Without this trait, my life would be full of problems and I would exaggerate each and every situation.
I gained the trait of being curious from my parents. I want to know new things because I live in a society that disrespects failures who does not improve, because real failure is not improving, not what we think it is. Curiosity-even though I hate it- is a good and a bad trait at the same
