For as long as I can remember, I have always loved the idea of imparting knowledge. During my undergraduate studies, I would teach difficult topics in small class groups before examination and I found them to be rewarding because apart from the joy derived from enlightening others, I realized that I usually have more understanding of the topics taught after such discussions. More than my love for imparting knowledge is my desire to learn. This I guess, goes hand in hand with my love for teaching, a desire to know more and teach more. I am never satisfied with the level of my knowledge, I always yearned for more. This will not just be doing better at any university or in any course, it will be doing better at Dickson Poon’s faculty of law in a university that ranks 21st in the world. With this, I will not only be well equipped but I will be best equipped, having learnt from some of the best faculty members to forge ahead in my career, gain new heights and set new goals. Studying for a master’s degree in law at Kings College is not an end in itself but a means to achieving an age long dream.
Having obtained an LL.B (Bachelor of laws degree) in Law and a B.L ( Barrister at law degree), I have the requisite qualification for a master’s degree at Dick Poon’s faculty of law and also the mental capacity to tackle whatever challenge obtaining a master’s degree in law at Dickson Poon may bring .
After my B.L and in order to further my career in commercial law, I did my internship in a top commercial law practice firm in Nigeria. This firm exposed me to various international transactions, the complex transactions. This has informed my firm commitment to obtain a Master’s degree in Business law. I obtained my B.L bachelor of Laws degree in 2016, yet my search for knowledge has not ceased. I cannot be complacent in my search for knowledge rather I have developed an incredibly higher interest in furthering my legal study in international Business
