My philosophy of education is to be a game changer. God has given each of us many gifts and talents. If we don’t use them, we will lose them. I want to use my gift to give back what was given to me. As an educator, I would like to create a path of learning for my students where there are no limits and no boundaries for learning. Motivating the students to explore, observe, activate, challenge and equipping them for the best education possible. Giving each student an equal opportunity to be inspired, educated, and well-rounded, to become a force of knowledge that is unstoppable when learning takes place.

What one student might understand, another will not understand it the way he or she does. But I believe every student can learn. It’s up tp us as educators to meet their need. Regardless how big or how small. To give them every opportunity that is available at whatever cost. Teachers can use ever tool that is offered. Small groups for those who cannot keep up.
