Having reviewed the Role Description, I am confident that I offer the relevant experience, capabilities and skills necessary for the role.

I have proven knowledge of Financial and Human Resource legislative requirements developed in my role as a Principal Quality Officer. An example of this is seen by my contribution in the development of eight internal auditing programs. The internal auditing programs were developed to analysis and control the delivery of each program and align with Southern Cross Support Services strategic plan. In order to achieve this outcome, I developed a set of measurable processes underpinned by the coinciding legislative requirements for each program. These processes contributed to the program objectives through data analysis, legislative compliance reporting and benchmark reporting, enabling improved operational analysis and decision making across the organisation. …show more content…

In this report, I utilise internal auditing tools, external auditing reports, direct program correspondence and various industry self-assessment profiles/benchmarks to accurately inform management on forecasting and accountability towards compliance. As a result, in consultation with key stakeholders, utilising the evidence from reporting, I was able to develop a plan that provided evidence toward industry compliance, while displaying future system implementation that will aid noncompliant issues that may arise. This plan was used for evidence in the 2016 external auditing process, which succeeded to support a new 3 year licencing
